Yearly Reservations

Yearly reservations are only available at our annual auction near the end of the year. Registration notices are posted in the fall. Sellers are required to have a City of Oakland Business License and a State of California “Resale” Tax License to participate in the annual auction (see below for contact information).

Monthly Reservation

New monthly reservations start at the beginning of the month and are only available for individual days of the week. Reservation prices vary based on size and day of the week. Sellers also pay a daily fee.

Regular and Corner Space: $125/month for a weekday, $200/month for a weekend day
Premium Space: $125/month for a weekday, $250/month for a weekend day
Super Space: $225/month for a weekday, $400/month for a weekend day
Ultra Space: $300/month for a weekday, $450/month for a weekend day
Sellers are required to have a City of Oakland Business License and a State of California “Resale” Tax License to reserve a space on a monthly basis (see below for contact information).
